    Hilary Lochhead, the founder, is a transitional leader with over 20 years of experience in North America and Europe. This includes over 10 years with Citigroup, leading a number of operations organizations almost exclusively in times of transition. This experience and the knowledge gained are the cornerstones of the expertise at TransitionMatters.
